Description:
------------
mod_php and fastcgi
The second request that registers a signal handler in the same process : the signal is catched but the callback is not called.

I looked a litle in pcntl.c and found a possible workarround :

MINIT :
php_add_tick_function(pcntl_signal_dispatch);

Move that line to RINIT.
And add to RSHUTDOWN :
php_remove_tick_function(pcntl_signal_dispatch);

I know that pcntl is not officialy supported in such envs (but fastcgi...), but if it had no further implications, it would be cool to have async signal handlers in web server contexts.

Thanks
