I download and install the current 5.2.11 php windows installer package. I do not install any extensions. PHP will crash.

Only if i install the OpenSSL extension PHP may run.

Reproduce code:
---------------
c:\> php any-php-file.php


Actual result:
--------------
SSLEAY32.dll not found!

Disable openssl in your php.ini if you don't want to use it.
