I am having trouble using the .chm documentation inside iChm on OSX, specifically broken index, contents and search functionality. I have been told that the directory structure of the chm file is broken.

bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
