Description:
------------
Within pages such as http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=48434 the information provided by 3rd party followers is excellent update reference for people like me. However no year for date of post is shown only the time stamp + zone so there is no reference as to how old these posts are. This would be a nice little fix :)

Thanks for the free information :)

OK your "confirm" stage should check Type of bug if website problem don't bother checking code archive bugs :(

FYI: When no year is displayed it is the current year.
Year is always displayed when its not the current year.
