Description:
------------
The manual's fopen Errors/Exceptions section contains the following sentence:
If the open fails, the function an error of level E_WARNING is generated.

The syntax is obviously broken.

Log: Fixes #49044 broken sentence in fopen error docs
 [2009-08-01 12:37 UTC] salathe@php.net
This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Removed "the function" to make the sentence make sense. Now reads "If the open fails, an error of level E_WARNING is generated."
