The Windows binary for PHP 5.3.0 VC6 (both ts and nts) do not include the php_gmp.dll file.

I have apps that require GMP but the Apache on the machines using them are the Apache.org provided version. I also don't see a VC6 build for 5.3.1 either so I can't check to see if it will show there. (Do have some 2.0 servers)

We can't fix it as the GMP library is not available for this configuration and the latest GMP version has possible licensing issues.

The VC9 binaries use MPIR which is 100% compatible with GMP, maintained and faster.
