Description:
------------
'make test' uses the systems /usr/local/lib/php.ini with 5.2.10 configuration and so all test failed. After i unkommented some lines, the tests passed:

> ;magic_quotes_gpc = On
> ;magic_quotes_runtime = Off
> ;magic_quotes_sybase = Off
> ;define_syslog_variables = On

Makefile.global needs to change to remove these settings when it's building the tmp-php.ini.

At the moment the grep is
^(zend_)?extension(_debug)?(_ts)?[\t\ ]*=

I knew about this but never got around to fixing it for 5.3.0.
