I downloaded the php-4.0.0-Win32.zip file on June 7, 2000.  I read through the readme, and under the Installation Notes for Microsoft PWS 4.0 section, it states the following:

"Edit the enclosed PWS-php4.reg file to reflect the location of your php4isapi.dll.  Forward slashes should be escaped, for example..."

I find no PWS-php4.reg enclosed with the zip file I downloaded.  Bug or am I doing something wrong?
