at the end of "make" process, the following error apeears in the output:

Generating phar.php
Generating phar.phar
pear: not found

Pear package PHP_Archive or Archive.php class file not found.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

pharcommand.inc
phar.inc

Build complete.
Don't forget to run 'make test'.

"Build complete" <-- there's no compile failure.

There is also no error.  phar.phar still exists and works.  If you have PEAR already installed, and have installed the PHP_Archive package, phar.phar will also work in the absence of the phar extension, but this is an extra feature.

Well. During make install php checks all pear packages that have been installed before and it checks their versions in particular. Shouldn't it be discovered that the package with PHP_Archive or Archive.php class file is outdated and should be replaced?
Otherwise, this bug
