Trying to change the language from English to any of the acceptable 
languages on http://docs.php.net/manual/en/ results in a 404.

French chosen as the language.

This only seems to affect http://docs.php.net and not www.php.net or the 
mirrors (checked uk and us mirrors).

Fixed this couple of weeks ago on the docs box (wasn't syncing manual/*.php)
