In the documentation for the type NULL, someone should decide whether it is NULL or null, don't state it both ways unless it that is acceptable. If it is then that should be stated explicitly.

Please read the documentation on that page thoroughly, and you will see 
(under "Syntax") the following phrase:

"There is only one value of type null, and that is the case-insensitive 
keyword NULL."
