Both the pear.php.net and pecl.php.net sites are not responding.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Open web browser of choice, navigate to http://pear.php.net and wait for time out.

Expected result:
----------------
Load/view the pear.php.net website.

Actual result:
--------------
HTTP request times out.

I've been able to open them from multiple points around the world.  
Perhaps it's an April Fool's Day joke.
