The function of the php mail is not working for 64bit OS. Not tls, not ssl.

Yes ..
SMTP does not work with 64bit
For example ... if I use the windows 32 bit to activate the forum account, for example, works normally.

Now with 64bit Windows not working to activate the SMTP mail.

Do you get a crash, and does the log return any information that might be useful to dig further into this issue?
