Description:
------------
When compiling own docbook files, it would be helpful if the bightml files would generate only one single html file that already includes all images, instead of referencing them from images/.

This should be an optional argument to phd. It would cause phd to generate src="base64:..." lines for images.

This feature is not very helpful for peardoc and phpdoc bightmls because they are large enough, but very nice for small own docbook files.
