Description:
------------
The manual for version_compare() currently shows function_exists() as 1 of the functions in the SEE ALSO section on the docs page.

There seems to be no relevant reason why function_exists() should be related to version_compare()

Many people uses version_compare() to check for various functions, dependencies ect., so in the relation to that I see no reason why not to keep the function_exist() reference there when its better to use than version_compare() as an example.
