When compiling with icc, fails to link shared extensions.

in build/libtool.m4 in AC_LIBTOOL_PROG_COMPILER_PIC([TAGNAME])
with both icpc and icc there are:
_LT_AC_TAGVAR(lt_prog_compiler_pic, $1)='-KPIC'
but should be:
_LT_AC_TAGVAR(lt_prog_compiler_pic, $1)='-fpic'

Testing fix right now. (backported stuff from upstream libtool..)

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
