about chop function documentation

chop function is wrong in documentation.

It's not an alias for rtrim(), it removes double spaces of a string instead of remore the right space of a string.

The docs are just fine, you're wrong. THe code says:

basic_functions.c:	PHP_FALIAS(chop,				rtrim,	arginfo_rtrim)
