The page at http://www.php.net/manual/en/inclued.installation.php contains the text "The latest PECL/inclued Win32 DLL is available here: ? php_inclued.dll" which links to http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_inclued.dll

The link on pecl4win.com doesn't contain php_inclued.dll.

Ideally pecl4win should be updated, but either way it's not right.

duplicated (not the other bug at hand). DLLs will be available in pecl.php.net
