"PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\\PHP\\ext\\php_pgsql.dll'"

Windows Vista, apache 2.2.10, php 5.2.6

have the "extension=php_pgsql.dll" uncommented in my php.ini
and the extension_dir="C:\php\ext" with the .dll in it.

You can fetch the missing DLL from the 5.2 snapshots
