sapi/cli/php.1.in, scripts/man1/php-config.1.in, and 
scripts/man1/phpize.1.in all have bad whatis entries (i.e. whatis 
<man page name> won't display the whatis information from the man 
page). And there are a couple of typos and misused minus signs in 
sapi/cli/php.1.in
