I am trying to download the windows PHP 5 installer. I get to the page where you select the mirror location. I click the link under the US catagory (tried all locations in US/Canada) and the page never loads. It just sits there. The loading bar is moving but never actually takes me to the download page. I do not believe the problem is with my internet connection. If anybody could help me or give me a more direct link to the download page, I would appreciate it.
