Just downloaded the latest English CHM manual and there are pages missing. eg. Accepting Arguments, Accessing Arguments,Adding functions to PHP, API Macros, Appendixes, Arrays(second option), Assuring Write Safety for Other Parameters,Booleans(second option), Built in modules,Calling user functions,Compiling modules, Complex types etc.

Rudy: Can you verify that this is fixed in the new version?

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
