Clean install on a failry clean system with some modules activated gives this error on loading "php_netools.dll":
1) A dialog stating that "krzo.dll" cannot be found.
2) This message on console: "PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\PHP\ext\php_netools.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0"

The "php_netools.dll" exists in the correct location, but there is no "krzo.dll" on my system.
