We used to have all lowercase urls, despite what the xml:id was.

This might be worth some discussion but I think we should go back to having all lowercased urls.

I consider this a phpdoc problem, rather then PhD.
We should fix the XML rather then workaround it in PhD :]

As more and more methods use camelCase, it should be respected in xml:id and so in URL - it is better readable.
