It lists all the available languages there. About a week ago there was a bug that didn't but it was fixed then. Maybe a browser cache problem for you? Anyway, I see the languages there and on all de. mirrors.

To put it straight: In the past there was a complete index listing on the right side.

It lists all active languages, and this list changes from time to time as translations update or digress.
