Description:
------------
The current documentation for ob_get_flush, could be improved.

Current:

ob_get_flush() flushes the output buffer, return it as a string and turns off output buffering.

This would be better:

ob_get_flush() flushes the output buffer to STDOUT?, returns the contents of the buffer as a string, and turns off output buffering.

The existing documentation lead me to believe that that it flushed any remaining characters buffer held by ob_start().

minor clarification

The existing documentation lead me to believe that that it flushed any
remaining characters to the buffer held by ob_start(). Not that it flushed it to the web server process.

looking into it, we may need to update more than the terminology here.

Terminology already changed to "flush (send)".
