In the See Also section of the documentation to http_get_request_headers
(http://php.net/manual/en/function.http-get-request-headers.php) it 
lists HttpResponse.

I would think the relevant class would be HttpRequest, Not HttpResponse.

Nevermind me. It was just the naming convention that threw me off. I 
found it odd that I needed to look at the HttpResponse to get the 
Request Headers..
