I've just patched gen-phpdoc-tz-list.php which generates this page.

But I can't run the generator locally and then commit the new timezones.xml as my version of PHP doesn't seem to know any African Timezones.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Well. I did manage to generate the timezones.xml file in the end.

Just tested this in Opera/9.26 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) (just installed it).

And it looks OK.
