Description:
------------
This has been nagged me for quite some time so I've decided to report it as a bug.

When you visit the php.net main website in Internet Explorer (I tried in IE7) then you get a nasty horizontal scrollbar, no matter how much you strench the window it will remain the same.

I've attacted a screenshot here to show what I mean:

Reproduce code:
---------------
Browse http://www.php.net/ using Internet Explorer to reproduce this issue

Expected result:
----------------
No horizontal scrollbar at all

Actual result:
--------------
Horizontal scrollbar

I cannot reproduce this in Internet Explorer 6, it only seems to occur on Internet Explorer 7

I did minor markup changes to the page yesterday, did it fix the problem?
