Description:
------------
The news piece on the front page regarding Phd from the 3rd of October links to http://docs.php.net/ which just gives the front page again. I think it's supposed to be http://doc.php.net/

PhD builds have already been pushed out to all mirrors so that news entry is outdated.

However, docs.php.net is a "special" mirror. If you look at the manual pages on that mirror (http://docs.php.net/manual) you should notice some changes (navigation, cleaner reference pages, changed docs for classess...).
