 I've been using PHP4 OCR1 without any problem since it came out.
Today I installed Php4Ocr2 and every time I access any php script, my server gives a message that says

"The procedure entry point convert_to_string could not be located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll".

As you already realized I use php under Windows NT 4, Service Pack 6.

I guess this is some kind of bug in the php4ts.dll you released with the php4ocr2.

Please try the binaries at va.php.net/~andi/php-4.0.1dev-Win32.zip and see if it change anything. Make sure you remove all old php4ts.dll files from your system.
If you still have problems please open a new bug report
