i install configure apache2.2.5 and php5.2.5 step by step with the INSTALL file,and write and info.php page to test,however the page can be resolved in firefox but not in opera9.25

The problem seems to be related to Opera or (most probably) Apache. I don't think PHP has anything to do with this.

Check your Apache configuration again.
Also, make sure you used the exact same URL in both browsers.

For example: http://localhost/test & http://localhost/test/ may be treated differently by the server depending on its configuration.
