Reproduce code:
---------------
var_dump(is_callable(':'));


Expected result:
----------------
bool(false)

Actual result:
--------------
No display. A Windows Error Reporting dialog box appears.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
