Unexpectedly...about Scalar.

Reproduce code:
---------------
function a($a)
{
    		if($a['KEY'])
    		{
    			var_dump($a['KEY']);
    			var_dump($a['KEY2']);
    			$a['KEY2'] = 8;
    			var_dump($a['KEY']);
    		}
}
a('1');

Expected result:
----------------
nothing out put.

Actual result:
--------------
string(1) "1"
string(1) "1"
string(1) "8"

'KEY' is castet to an integer and used as string offset.
