 [2007-10-25 12:08 UTC] jani@php.net
t.php:

<?php
$arr = array();
parse_str("this=%22probably+a+bug%22", $arr);
echo $arr['this'];
?>

[jani@localhost ~]$ src/build/php_5_2/sapi/cli/php -dmagic_quotes_gpc=1 t.php
\"probably a bug\"

And that's the expected result. I'm using latest CVS checkout of PHP_5_2 branch.
