The link to Date Input Syntax on the strtotime() documentation is out of date.

It should link to

probably.  Though I'm not sure where it was supposed to link originally.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

I must be missing something. The link gives lots of details as to what constitutes an "English Date".
