imap_close doesn't run an y of the mail close functions.  This is important for POP3 (and what I am working on RIGHT NOW).  QUIT is supposed to expunge automatically, and is the ONLY way to expunge in POP3.  If you can help me get an immiedate patch, I would appreciate it.

Or, if you woulc even be able to tell me how to include the right close function (for imap or pop3), that would work.

what's your c-client version and how do you call
imap_close()? do you make use of the CL_EXPUNGE
flag when calling imap_close()?
