Looks like the GD module in the public releases of PHP 3.0.14 & greater for
Win32 don't have the new ImageXXX functions properly compiled. ImagePNG(),
ImageJPEG(), ImageCreateFromPNG(), ImageCreateFromJPEG(), etc. don't work.
