Running RC1 as ISAPI.  Including a file that does ODBC stuff (connections, etc.).  After execution, this file is 'locked' - can't delete, overwrite, etc.  All other files 'included' in PHP script (and script itself) are fine.  Only option is to kill IIS, delete file, restart IIS.  :(
