Description:

The same thing as the bug #27810. Now on apache 2.2.4 and php 5.2.3.

Reproduce code:
---------------
- Install apache-2.2.4
- Compile php-5.2.3 with PCRE support using apxs
- run apachectl start
- run apachectl restart or apachectl graceful and apache will die

Expected result:
----------------
If I remove the PCRE extention, it works normally.

not reproducible with apache 2.2.4 , php 5_2 CVS and PCRE 7.2 on linux.
