Description:

Intall PHP 5.2.3 and start. I view error mesages^ no initialize php_pdo_sqlite_external.dll and php_pdo_sqlite.dll

Reproduce code:
---------------
In my folder "ext" I view files php_pdo_sqlite_external.dll and php_pdo_sqlite.dll

On start php.exe on screen out message "Error in files php_pdo_sqlite_external.dll and php_pdo_sqlite.dll"
