When you try to get decimal part of a float number, if you substract integer number to float one, it returns the decimal part plus 0.00000000000001.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php

var_dump(214.16569 - 214);

?>

Expected result:
----------------
0.16569

Actual result:
--------------
0.16569000000001

Floating point values have a limited precision. Hence a value might 
not have the same string representation after any processing. That also
includes writing a floating point value in your script and directly 
printing it without any mathematical operations.
