Description:
------------
I want to download PHP directly onto a remote server that I have shell
access to. The remote server doesn't have any web browser, so I thought
I'd use CURL to download. To do that, I need to find the URL from my
local web client.

Unfortunately, the otherwise rather clever download system doesn't
actually reveal the URL, so I'm forced to resort to making a local
download, and uploading to the server. That's doable, but tedious.
