Expected result:

It should run apache

Actual result:

C:/program files/apache software foundation/apache2.2/conf/httpd.cong: cannot load C:/PHP/sapi/php4apache.dll into server. : the secepfied module could not be found.

Apache 2.2.x Support: Users of Apache 2.2.x may use the documentation below except the appropriate DLL file is named php5apache2_2.dll and it only exists as of PHP 5.2.0.

No it means exactly the opposite - you have to use the latest stable version of PHP5 to be able to use it with Apache 2.2.
Or you may downgrade Apache to 2.0.x or 1.x.

Well... could you point out what the damn latest version of php 5 is >.< ... i already had to wait a whole hour for the first damn one to download.
