You really think so?
tr.php.net is a mirror but the past week they have been having some 
problems and are working on it.
In the meanwhile our automatic mirror-test-system has removed it 
from the mirror listing and redirects all traffic to tr2.php.net 
(assuming you are located in Turkey).
