The Chinese PHP document(Windows htlp file format) for downloading is broken. I tried several download servers and on several Windows OSes, the problem is still there. When I open this file, the result is "The page is not found.".
By the way , the old version of this file (php_manual_zh.chm) is about 6-7MB, but the new one is only 4MB. Is that normal?
