Using Slackware 7.0. PHP 4.0 Beta 4 works great but RC1 dies when compiling.

Configured with:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/ --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 --enable-track-vars --disable-debug --disable-magic-quotes --disable-shared


make generates the following error:
