Description:

reading a binary file I check for hex 0000 which results in an unexpected behaviour

Reproduce code:
---------------
if (bin2hex($eTag) == "0000") {
 print bin2hex($eTag);
}
// the same happens with this code
if (bin2hex($eTag) == "0e00") {
 print bin2hex($eTag);
}


Expected result:
----------------
0000
0000

Actual result:
--------------
0000
0e00
