Trying to run phpinfo() causes the apache child serving up the request to dump core.

The browsers say that they get an unacceptable response from the server.

The apache logs show:
[Thu Mar 30 12:11:47 2000] [notice] child pid 4259 exit signal Abort (6)

The machine is a SPARC Ultra-Enterprise with 12 CPUs and 4GB of memory. PHP is compiled as a DSO with the Sun Workshop cc compiler. (So was Apache).

As far as I can tell, all the other PHP functions work fine - just not phpinfo.

Thanks!

Nick Reinking

We are sorry, but can not support PHP 3 related problems anymore.
Momentum is gathering for PHP 5, and we think supporting PHP 3 will
lead to a waste of resources which we want to put into getting PHP 5
ready. Ofcourse PHP 4 will will continue to be supported for the
forseeable future.
