Was configured with:

Make wasn't a success;

Something appears to be wrong with your machine...
<sys/resource.h> should define RUSAGE_SELF and 
RUSAGE_CHILDREN at least...struct rusage (the storage
type for usg) is in <linux/resources.h> on my machine.

This should be fixed in CVS now.  The quick workaround is to edit your php_config.h file and add:
#define HAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H 1
Assuming you have the /usr/include/sys/resource.h file, of course.

It apeared again for me in php-4.2.2 on Slackware8.0
The problem is here (configure):
configure:6921: checking for sys/resource.

i.e. the configure script confused the warning with failure.
Will anybody reopen it? (I don't have account here)
